In order to make your visit as pleasant as possible, we have thought of everything: big car parks, Centre Information desk, cafés and restaurants, disabled access, a supervised indoor play area, baby changing facilities and cash machines.
The entire centre – including the toilets, baby changing facilities and car parks – are disabled-friendly. What’s more, you can borrow a wheelchair from the Centre Information desk for the duration of your visit.
For us, a successful shopping spree starts before you hit the stores. That’s why there are 2,300 free parking spaces for our visitors right in front of the entrance to the centre.
So that every wish can be fulfilled, there are two cash machines in the centre. One is located right by the entrance to the centre, the other next to the Centre Information desk. Payment by credit card or EC card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, EC Cash) is also possible in almost all of the stores.
You are welcome to bring your dog along to the Designer Outlet Berlin.
A drinking trough for dogs can be found by the Levi's store. For safety reasons, all dogs must be kept on a leash in all parts of the centre. Dogs are not allowed in any of the stores; this is stipulated by the stores themselves. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
